Minnesota Waiver Programs Accepted

Dahl Medical Supply proudly works with Minnesota waiver programs to help eligible individuals obtain medical equipment that supports their safety, comfort, and independence at home.

We accept several Minnesota waiver programs, including:

• Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI) Waiver
• Developmental Disabilities (DD) Waiver
• Elderly Waiver (EW)
• Brain Injury (BI) Waiver

Coverage varies based on the individual’s waiver plan, assessed needs, available funding, and approval from their case manager or support team. Products and services must be authorized before Dahl Medical Supply can complete the order.
