Free Shipping to the Lower 48 States
Dahl Medical Supply offers free standard shipping on eligible online orders delivered within the continental United States.
Free shipping is not available for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We may be able to ship to these locations, but additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact us before ordering for availability and a shipping estimate.
Standard Shipping
Most in-stock products ship by UPS or FedEx and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after leaving the manufacturer or our facility.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of product availability, manufacturer processing times, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Freight Delivery
Large or heavy products may require freight delivery, including:

Freight orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after leaving the manufacturer.
Important Freight Delivery Information

Standard freight delivery is curbside.

Freight deliveries are commonly completed by one driver.

The driver will not carry equipment into the home or move it over steps, through elevators, or into a specific room.

Assembly, setup, and packaging removal are not included with standard curbside delivery.

A responsible adult must be available to receive and inspect the shipment.

Please contact Dahl Medical Supply before ordering if your delivery location has stairs, an elevator, limited access, or other special requirements.
In-home delivery and setup may be available for an additional charge. This service can include bringing the product into the home, placing and assembling the equipment, and removing packaging materials. Additional delivery time may be required.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Tracking information will be sent once the order has shipped and becomes available from the carrier.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to display movement after the shipping label is created.
Custom, Specialty, and Backordered Products
Custom-configured, specialty, and backordered products may require additional processing time. These products may include:

In-stock products typically ship promptly. Estimated shipping or delivery information for custom and backordered products will be provided when available.
Estimated dates are not guaranteed and may change because of manufacturer availability or production delays.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping may be available for certain products at an additional cost.
Expedited shipping only reduces the carrier’s transit time after the product is ready to leave the manufacturer or our facility. It does not shorten manufacturing, customization, backorder, or order-processing times.
Expedited shipping does not include assembly, setup, placement inside the home, or packaging removal.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Please inspect all packages and equipment as soon as they arrive.
If a package appears damaged:

Note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.

Take clear photographs of the packaging and equipment.

Keep all boxes and packaging materials.

Contact Dahl Medical Supply immediately.
Shipping damage or missing items should be reported as soon as possible so we can assist with the carrier or manufacturer claim.
