Choose a 1-, 2-, or 3-year Dahl Medical Supply Service Pro Plan for added support after purchasing your Pride Jazzy EVO 613 or EVO 613 Li powerchair. If your powerchair needs attention, our local service team will come to your home to inspect the equipment and complete eligible service work.
If additional repair time is required, Dahl Medical Supply may provide a temporary rental powerchair when one is available—helping you maintain your everyday mobility while your Jazzy EVO is being serviced.
